- Thursday: 9am-9pm
- Saturday: 9am-5pm
- Sunday: 10am-5pm
Rest assured that if you decide to sign up early, your membership period will begin when Costco Ardeer opens.
You can sign up for a membership at the Docklands Warehouse, online at our membership registration page, or at the warehouse after it has opened.

- Sunday: 10.00am–6.00pm
Costco Ardeer accepts cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.
Each cardholder can bring two guests over age 18 years (we do not count children under 18 years). Please note that guests cannot shop or pay for items, only members are able to shop at Costco.
Since our members pay a fee, we only allow Costco members to shop. Your picture appears on the card because your membership card can only be used by you—it is non-transferable. Your picture also prevents unauthorised use should your card ever be lost or stolen.
Costco is primarily a wholesaler. Business membership is our basic membership and costs $65 per year. This entitles you to make two separate transactions at the register, one for business (to produce a tax receipt) and one for your personal shopping. Gold Star membership is $65 per year, individuals can also join and shop at wholesale prices. Gold Star members are only able to make one individual transaction per shop. Both membership types include a free household card. We also offer a fax and/or email and pull transactions for Business members purchasing pallet quantities. Contact your nearest warehouse for details. Prices and operating hours are the same across both membership types.
On membership: we will refund your membership fee in full at any time for any reason if you are dissatisfied.
On merchandise for change of mind: should you change your mind for any reason regarding the purchase of any merchandise, we will refund the purchase price at any time on every product we sell with some exceptions. See https://www.costco.com.au/member-privileges-and-conditions for more information.

- In the future, Costco may further restrict its return policy regarding other products. Restrictions will be shown at the time of purchase.
