Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 200mg, Thiamine Nitrate 100mg Equivalent Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 81.06mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 20mg, Nicotinamide 25mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 3mg Equivalent Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 2.468mg, Folic Acid 400 micrograms, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 100 micrograms, Biotin 300 micrograms, Calcium Pantothenate 6mg Equivalent Pantothenic Acid 5.5mg, Sodium Chloride 228.833mg Equivalent Sodium 90mg, Potassium Citrate 83.803mg Equivalent Potassium 30 mg. Other Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, coating, mannitol, silicon dioxode, hypromellose, magnesium stearate.

Directions/Dosage

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with 236.6 ml of water or other liquid, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
