Nohrd Heritage Water Grinder

Nohrd's Heritage water grinder enables you to bring the intensive sport of sail hoisting to your home, allowing you to achieve the impressive fitness levels of a racing grinder. The water grinder can be used from the front or back of the machine, as well as from the side�you choose whether to sit or stand. All positions will train your upper body: chest, abs, back, arms and shoulders. The performance monitor can be swivelled to either side of the machine for training on your preferred side, and the hand pedals can be set in eight different positions to adjust resistance.
