What delivery methods are available?

We want to make sure your online ordering experience is as easy as possible. That’s why we’ve included the cost of delivery on most items we sell online. We know that getting your item safely delivered and on time is important to you and that’s why we offer the following delivery methods and terms to better meet your needs:

Standard Delivery

We ship most items with this method via reliable delivery services like Australia Post, TGE and so on.

Business Delivery

Your Business Delivery order will be delivered Our Business Delivery is only available within a 20 km radius from certain warehouses. Orders are limited to one address per delivery.

Premium Delivery on Selected Big and Bulky Items

Our Premium Delivery service on selected big and bulky items is an option that offers Costco members extraordinary value at no extra cost. When you place an order, the item will be delivered at the specified date and time of your choosing. On the day of delivery, the carrier will unpack the item and inspect it with you to ensure that it is in good condition. This service also includes the removal of the items packaging.
