How do I get my Digital Membership?
- Step 1 : Launch the Costco app.
- Step 2 : Tap on “My Costco” on the navigation menu
- Step 3 : Tap on "Digital Membership Card" tile in my account
- Step 4 : Tap on “Take Photo” and Submit
- Step 5 : Visit your nearest warehouse to activate Digital Membership
Where can I use my Digital Membership?
You can use your digital membership to enter the warehouse and at the Checkout and Self-Check out Kiosks (Self-Check Out not available in all warehouses).
Will my digital membership work at the Fuel Station?
Not at the moment, but we are working on a solution to bring this feature to our members in the near future.
Can I add my Digital Membership to the Wallet on my device?
At this stage, your digital membership can only be accessed through the Mobile App.
