Youtheory Ashwagandha provides 1,000 mg of organic ashwagandha per serving. This comprehensive ashwagandha formula features clinically studied KSM-66 ashwagandha to help relieves symptoms of stress and improves sleep quality. Ashwagandha is used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress. 1,000 mg of organic ashwagandha per serving, including clinically proven KSM-66. Formulated with ginger.

Ingredients

Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha, KSM‐66) extract dry concentrate (300mg), Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) (200mg), Zingiber Officinale (Ginger, Gingever™) extract dry concentrate (10mg). Excipients: Vegetable capsule (Hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions/Dosage

Take 2 capsules daily with water.

Store below 25ºC, away from children. Avoid excessive heat or freezing.
