An all natural magnesium spray using only purified water and magnesium chloride, with 8.2 gram of elemental magnesium per 100ml. A combination of a modern lifestyle, refined diet and intense excercise can quickly deplete our natural stores of magnesium making us feel tired, slowing our muscle recovery and affecting our sleep patterns.

The Salts & Co. Australia Magnesium Oil is the perfect pick me up to increase magnesium levels and get you back on track. Uses include pre or post excercise to assist with recovery, muscle cramps and spasms, restless legs. Improve sleep quality, support muscle health and general well being.

Ingredients

Magnesium chloride, water.

Directions: Apply liberally or as advised by your healthcare professional. Spray as required onto muscles and joints and rub in. May be used pre and post exercise with up to 4 sprays onto affected areas or as advised by your healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place.
