This barbecue has four high intensity ceramic infrared burners, 13 MJ/hr each (52MJ/hr total), and a robust construction and world class quality (304 stainless steel with die cast end panels). It has high, even heat distribution over the entire cooking surface, an electronic ignition for simple start up, and a two piece upper level cooking area that provides 60% more cooking space. It also has a significant reduction in flare-ups, easy to access front drain tray, and LPG as standard, but fully convertible to natural gas.
