With 7 water levels to choose from, the R-21 allows you to intensify your rowing experience for a greater challenge and better results.

Designed with a self-generating power unit, you are the one that creates energy and powers the R-21’s console, while the waters natural resistance does all the rest. No need for a power adapter, tangled wires or restrictive plug sockets, you have the power and freedom to train anywhere in your home. With built in transport wheels, it’s even easier to move the rower around your home as you wish.

The adjustable LCD screen provides all the live performance metrics you need including, speed, time, distance, calories and strokes per minute and time/500 m. The supplied chest strap also feeds accurate heart rate data back to the console so you can track your progress. With a convenient tablet and smartphone holder built into the console, you can watch your favourite movies and boxsets while you row. Fitted with a densely padded saddle, the rower's seat is made to work ergonomically with your body, allowing for a more comfortable training position for longer rowing sessions. The R-21 also features footplate height and strap adjustments to ensure the rower is perfectly suited to your requirements.
