Allergens

No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artifical colours, artificial sweeteners, dairy products or animal derived products.

Ingredients

Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1) 50mg, nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 100 mg, riboflavine (vitamin B2) 30 mg, calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 50 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 50 mg, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 micrograms, folic acid 300 micrograms, ascorbic acid 100 mg, choline bitartrate 50 micrograms, inositol 50 micrograms, biotin 50 micrograms.

Directions/Dosage

Adults: 19 years and older, take 1 tablet daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Storage Instructions

Store below 25°C.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health care practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6). Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sulfites.
