Activated charcoal, iron, sealed anti-bacterial fabric.Allergens
Do not use if you are allergic to plaster adhesives. All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritations, burns or blisters.Directions/Dosage
Not suitable for children 10 years and under.Open only when ready to use as product is air activated. Tear open plastic packet, remove protective film from patch and apply to the affected area on clean dry skin, adhesive side onto the skin.
For sensitive skin, apply the adhesive side of the patch to your clothing instead of directly onto your skin.
To remove, slowly peel off the patch.
Single use only. Do not attempt to reheat in oven or microwave. Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch. Do not use if patch is damaged or torn.
After use dispose the patch in normal household waste.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place.Disclaimers:
Do not apply the patch to your face or on broken skin, bruises or swelling.
Avoid using the patch if it's cut, damaged or torn.
Do not massage, fold or wet the patch.
Do not attempt to reheat the patch in an oven or microwave.
Avoid using the patch on the same area for more than 8 hours within a 24 hour period.
Do not use the patch while sleeping or with prolonged pressure against it.
Keep the patch away from infants, children or individuals who cannot remove it on their own.
Do not bandage over the patch.
Avoid using other skin medications or heat sources with the patch.
Warnings:
All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters.
Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot.
Consult a doctor before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition or an allergy to sticking plasters.

If contents of the patch come into contact with the skin or eyes rinse immediately with water & seek immediate medical help.
