PURE Electrolyte Hydration is a premium natural isotonic electrolyte drink base using real freeze-dried fruit, carbohydrates and electrolytes. It is best used during exercising periods over one hour or high intensity exercise sessions.
This product features:
- Contains the electrolytes, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium
- 5% carbohydrate content
- Each 1 kg makes up to 18 litre
- Not sickly sweet or over flavoured

Directions
Add one level scoop of powder for every 250 ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.Recommended Use
500 – 750 ml per hour during extended exercise.Produced in New Zealand
