The Proform Sport RL Rower gives you a great non-impact workout, increasing your cardio and providing you with a fun and interesting way to achieve your fitness goals. This product is whisper quiet with its inertia enhanced flywheel and adjustable silent magnetic resistance. An ergonomic moulded seat with oversized pivoting pedals and footstraps puts you in the ideal rowing position for an efficient workout. The Sport RL Rower also comes with a 12.7cm high contrast display showing all the key workout metrics, bluetooth connectivity to iFit (membership sold separately) and a user capacity of 115kg. A 30 day trial iFit membership comes included. *Tablet not included.
