Just connect your own smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth to enjoy thousands of iFIT's expert led, outdoor workouts.

iFIT's intelligent fitness technology can control your treadmill to deliver workouts that are personalised to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust can automatically change your 0-16km/h speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands free, immersive experience. To change your incline, simply step off of the treadmill and set your incline manually to a 1% or 6% grade.

Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse feature so that the automatic speed adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth headphones or using the treadmill’s two speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily and keep it folded with a pull pin. When you’re ready to work out around the world, remove the pin and gently lower the treadmill deck to the floor.
