What delivery methods are available?
We know that getting your item safely delivered and on time is important to you and that’s why we offer several delivery methods to meet your needs.

All items available online have the delivery fee included in the price, excluding Business Delivery, Pre Order and Tyres. For this reason the final price at checkout will be the total price, with delivery included.
What is the estimated delivery date for my order?
Costco uses different shipping methods and couriers depending on the item. You will receive email updates on your order once it has been shipped. For small items an estimated delivery date will be shown when you add the item to your cart. Please allow additional time for rural areas. For large and bulky items such as white goods, someone will get in contact to arrange a delivery date and time best suitable for you.
What happens if I am not available to receive the goods at the time of delivery?
We might be able to help you reschedule delivery for bulky and large items, as long as it’s reasonable to do so. Small packages delivered by Australia Post will be left in a safe place. If no safe place can be found, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. You can find more information on delivery conditions and the status of your order by checking any email updates or order details in Costco’s online account.
Can I get my order delivered to a Parcel Locker or PO Box?
Costco currently does not deliver to PO Box or Parcel Lockers of any kind. If you are not available to receive your goods at home, try adding a new work address to your address book for delivery.
