Perfect for sipping by the fire, this cocktail is fruity and strong, yet soothing, with notes of chamomile, fresh raspberries and apple.
Ingredients
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 slices granny smith apple
- 30ml Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whiskey 1L
Method

In your chosen serving vessel, add the chamomile tea bag, 120ml of boiling water, lemon juice and honey, and leave to steep for 3 minutes. Stir and remove the tea bag.

Add the raspberries, granny smith apple slices and bourbon whiskey, and stir. Serve hot.
