This cocktail is like a warm hug. It’s fragrant and creamy with an unexpected kick and hints of apple and spices.
Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 whole star anise
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp raw sugar
- 90ml cloudy apple juice
- 45ml The Kraken Spiced Rum 1L
Method

Place a small pot over medium–high heat. Add the cinnamon and star anise, and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.

Add the butter and sugar, and stir until fully melted, avoiding browning.

Add the cloudy apple juice and rum, and stir until combined.

Pour into your serving vessel and garnish with the pre-used, toasted spices.
