Satisfy your cravings with this upgraded version of the classic Aussie burger.
Ingredients
- 4 beef brisket burger patties
- 8 slices American cheese
- 4 brioche buns, halved & toasted
- 4 rashers short cut bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1 brown onion, sliced into rings
- 425g sliced beetroot, to serve
- 1 truss tomato, sliced, to serve
- 1 baby cos lettuce
- Barbecue sauce, to serve
- Sweet potato chips, to serve
- 60g baby spinach leaves, to serve

Preheat a barbecue grill or frypan to medium-high and cook your burger patties for 6–7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Top each burger patty with two slices of cheese.

Meanwhile, cook bacon until crispy, sauté onions on hotplate and fry eggs sunny side up, until cooked to your liking.

To assemble burgers, top bun bases with patties, onions, bacon, beetroot, tomatoes and lettuce. Squeeze over barbecue sauce and top with the other half of brioche bun. Serve with sweet potato fries.
