Try avocado in this creamy, sweet, Asian-inspired shake.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs condensed milk
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 125ml (½ cup) milk
  • 1 cup (140g) ice

Method

Peel and pit your avocado. In the jug of a blender, add the avocado, sugar, condensed milk, lime juice, 60ml (¼ cup) water, milk and ice. Depending on the size of your blender, you might have to do this in batches.

Blend the avocado shake until smooth. Serve immediately.
